Remote Control

The remote control option (RC) for ATS Electro-Lube’s motor-driven lubricators monitors a dry contact (customer supplied) to control the lubricator’s cycle timing. When the contact is closed, the unit operates normally, cycling as per the Installation Instructions (e.g. Model 500 set on 15-day setting to empty will dispense approximately 1.25cc of grease every 0.9 hours) When the contact opens, the cycle timing is interrupted until it closes again; when closed, the cycle continues from where it had been suspended. In the example below, the first cycle was 0.9 hours, because the remote switch (dry contact) remained closed. The next cycle was 1.9 hours, because the remote switch was open for 1.0 hour.
