MURHOPYE RIBBON MIXERS are designed for gentle mixing of materials used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food confectioneries, soaps & detergents, ceramics, pesticides & insecticide formulations, rubber, colors & pigments, plastics & PVC , powder materials and adhesives & coating compounds.

Construction : All the parts coming in contact with the material being mixed, such as the mixing chamber, shaft, ribbon, lid and valve, are made of SS. Jacket for cooling or heating can be made from MS parts and insulated if necessary.

Mixers : The main shaft is made of solid SS and welded with 2 sets of blades in opposite direction which ensures thorough mixing of ingredients in a short time.

Drive: AC motor with reduction gear driven through an arrangement of pulleys and V belts. The motor can be switched ON/ OFF using the starter mounted on the frame. Overload protection is standard.

Loading and unloading: The top lid is hinged for easy opening and feeding the material. The material after mixing is unloaded through a manual sliding / ball valve provided at the bottom. An optional arrangement is screw conveyor for transferring the material after mixing to the next process.

Cooling / heating: A jacket is provided through which cooling water, hot water or steam can be passed for cooling or heating as per process requirement. Temperature measurement and control facilities are optional.

Frame: The mixer is supported on MS angle frame duly painted.

Models: Available in capacities ranging from 25 kg to 500 kg in SS or MS construction with or without jacket.
