Contact SupplierAs you know, vietnam is the second country in the world in exporting coffee, specially robusta. Robusta is bitter and stronger, caffeine content is over 2% but the flavour is passionate and very attractive.
In vietnam, robusta roasted coffee used at coffee shops and made by phin (filter). But in some others, robusta roasted coffee will be mixed with arabica or excelsa to reduce a little bit in taste and add acid of coffee else and remain uniquely flavor.
Temperature to roast robusta is around 230 degrees celsius to produce aromatics, coloring (caramel goods) by itself
