Roller Type Magnetic Separator

Naveen Magnets (India) Have developed high intensity, high gradient, permanent magnetic roll separators, with the indigenous technology, which has been used successfully in industrial minerals applications. The machine incorporates high intensity rare earth neodymium permanent magnetic roll assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control to generate unsurpassed magnetic field. The ptfe belt of 0. 25 mm to 0. 50 mm thick will be used to convey the material on magnetic roll which results the high gradient under this high intensity magnetic field, weekly magnetic contamination can be easily removed efficiently.

Magnetic rolls available in various widths up to 1500mm. Magnetic rolls available in three different magnetic strengths. Variable speed ac geared motor drive adjustable from 0 to 180 rpm drives the roll. A variable rate vibratory feeder with controls provided for feeding. Abrasion resistant endless conveyor belts with thickness of 0. 25/0. 5mm is provided with the machine. 
A short conveyor belt envelopes the magnetic roll and a tensioning idler roll. A suitable feeder discharges material on the belt. The ferro magnetic and paramagnetic particles gather to the belt while the non magnetic particles flow freely at the end of the conveyor. The magnetic rolls incorporated in our machines have been specially designed and developed to generate exceptionally high magnetic field and gradient. The rolls which are built by using rare earth nd-fe-b magnet are manufactured to very low dimensional tolerances.
