Rorary Airlock Valves

Specifications: Range from 0.125 CFR to over 8 CFR. Cast iron, aluminum or stainless housings. Rotors with square, beveled or hardened tips. Standard or shallow pocket rotors. Teflon lined rotors. Optional hard chrome plated bore on cast iron housing Heavy duty outboard bearings. Teflon packing glands with adjustable collars. Standard or variable speed drives. Optional air purge for endbells. Standard airlock assemblies have integrally mounted gearmotor, chain drive, guard with mounting plate for adjusting chain drive. Options include vented inlet box with wiper and inspection window, discharge tee nozzle, zero speed switches, torque limiters on chain drive and special paint finishes.
