Scissor Lifts

A Datar Engineering manufactures Scissor lifts for a range of loads from 500Kg. upto 7500Kg. and platform sizes up to 3m x 4m.

All our scissor lifts are hydraulically powered and come with reliable and fail proof safety features. Scissor lift speed is around 25 mm/sec. The scissor lifts are fixed location scissor lifts.

Scissor lifts may be generally used for truck-transfers or vertical transportation up to a reasonable height.

Scissor lifts are a more economical option to VRCs, but have a few disadvantages with respect to shut height, safety requirements as compared to VRCs, frequency of operation, hydraulic system faults, higher maintenance.

Applications of scissor lifts include being used for loading and unloading of vehicles, as vertical handling equipment in conjunction with racking systems.
