Screw Conveyors, Material : Stainless Steel

The screw feeder is used for feeding and metering additives such as bentonite, coal and dust binder. The additives can be metered volumetrically or gravimetrically. In the first case they are fed into the sand stream immediately prior to the mixer and the feeding can be monitored by flow meters. For more stringent dosing accuracy, feeding is performed via an additive weighing hopper.
