Apart from Genuine, OEM and Aftermarket spare parts for various car models, we also stock a vast range of Shock Absorbers for passenger and commercial vehicles running on international roads.
These shock absorbers are manufactured in collaboration with a sate-of-art manufacturing facility equipped with latest machinery and diligent work force. We are currently manufacturing more than 600 different type of shock absorbers for various models.
The manufacturing facility employs latest CAD based designing technology for dimantionally accurate products. Our manufacturing includes various machinaery stages like, the tension and compression forces of the shock absorbers are preset on Computerized Damper Force Testing Machine, the finest quality of Fin Cut Steel Tubes are welded to Base Cup on computerized Seam Welding Machine to ensure zero leakage and bright bars of EN-8 Grade are used to manufacture piston rods on CNC and high precision centre less grinders for super finish. Hard chrome plating and polishing of the piston rod is done on automatic machines.
