Shrikhand

Shrikhand is a famous Indian sweet dish prepared from strained yogurt. It is a semi-soft, sweetish-sour, whole milk product that we prepare in the most hygienic conditions using fresh ingredients. The curd, i.e., ‘Dahi’ is partially strained through a muslin cloth to remove the whey & thus produce a solid mass called ‘Chakka’, which is the basic ingredient for Shrikhand. It is mixed with required amount of sugar & dry fruits to yield the end product. Our Shrikhand is famous for its smooth texture & great taste as it is made by using traditional method. It contains fat in the range of 5-6 %. We provide Shrikhand in quality packing for intact freshness and its shelf life is 3 months, when stored below -10^oC.
