Shuttle Conveyor

Reversible shuttle mounted conveyor for transfer from multiple parallel lines. Shuttle is mounted on a track actuated by a pneumatic system or a motorized system. For multi-lane indexing an electric actuator can be used. The conveyors are customized for wide range of loads and for many applications such as one to many or many to one transfers. The conveyor is designed on the basis of the load to be carried and can be a belt conveyor, band conveyor, chain conveyor or roller conveyor.

Accurate shuttle travel can be achieved with use of servo motors and for tracking and positioning magnetic read sensors or laser sensors can be used.

The system is completely PLC controlled system with feedback sensors for accurate monitoring and control.
