Soya Bean is widely grown for its edible bean, which has numerous uses. Traditional unfermented food uses of soybeans include soya milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made. Fermented soy foods include soy sauce, fermented bean paste, Nat and tempeh. They are high in protein and a decent source of both carbs and fat. They are a rich source of various vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds.
