    DEFATTED SOYA FLOUR TOASTED
    Available with us is deffatted soya flour (toasted) which widely suits the tastes and preferences of our consumers. It is highly demanded in the domestic as well as the international markets because of its rich nutritional value. 
    Applications:
    Soya Flour (Toasted) maintain the balance of essential amino Acid of the body and used in manufacturing of processed foods stuffs, baked goods, cookies, In fortification of cereals, snack foods,dietetic foods and baby foods. Imparts functional characteristics like emulsification, thickening, dispersibility & water binding. Readily wettable.
    DEFATTED SOYA FLOUR UN-TOASTED 
    We are engaged in providing optimum quality Defatted Soya Flour – Untoasted, which are extensively used by clients due to their features such as high protein, low in fat product, quality-proved soya protein and many others. It is observed that the content of protein in this flour is up to 50-52% higher as compared to the flours processed from other grains. Being the brilliant source source of iron, calcium & B-vitamins, these products are suggested for infants and kids. 
    These products are widely used and appreciated in fortification of cereals to form composite flours, which are replacement of solids in bakery products, non fat milk, all purpose food blends, textured vegetable protein and many others. Being fully fat proof, these products are highly nutritive and functional. 
    In home cooking, Soya Flour is used as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces. In baked products, Soya Flour adds tenderness and moisture and helps to keep products from becoming stale. Soya Flour also makes a good egg substitute in baked products.
