Lloyds Infrasystems is an ISO-9001-2008 Certified Manufacturer by - TUV, under the Registration no. – 9105079845, with all manufacturing facilities in-house. The facilities include; Cold Drawing, Forgings, CNC Machining, Grinding, Hydraulic Threading, Heat Treatment and Spun Galvanising.
A state-of-the-art laboratory is available in-house for all the required tests including; Ultra Sound, MPI, Impact, Tensile, Hardness (BHN,HRC), and
de-embrittlement and coefficient of friction, etc.
The Range includes High Tensile, WTG, Foundation, Flange and Nacelle Fasteners, to DIN and various other standards. Fasteners are also manufactured as per Clients drawings. The range being M12 to M78 in Grades 8.8, 10.9 & 12.9 from 50mm to 4000mm long.
Finishes available are Blackodised, Electro Galvanised, Spun Galvanised & PTFE Coated.
