Three Phase Electrical Actuators

We have various Types of electrical Actuators from MOTOCON INDUSTRIES have been developed specially for the quarter turn operation of small size Butterﬂy Valves, Ball Valves, Plug Valves and Dampers. We are provided with Three phase Actuator which considerably saves the cost of electrical hardware and other accessories.

Also as the actuators are installed directly on ﬁnal control element and are provided with stall-duty motors, the units become completely maintenance free, that is Fit and Forget type. The units are supplied with all necessary features to operate the ﬁnal control element in ON/OFF or modulating modes.

We are simple in design with compact in size and lighter in weight due to high grade Aluminium alloy Body & achieve low cost automation.

Self-locking	Self-locking facility of the actuators is provided by mechanical locking feature of worm & worm wheel mechanism.
Local position Indicator	A continuous local mechanical position indicator is provided with actuator which always gives a faithful indication of actuator position independent of power supply.
Adjustable mechanical	Two adjustable mechanical stoppers are provided with actuator in open & close stoppers direction. This feature gives backup safety to ﬁnal control device.
Auxiliary limit switches	Maximum four numbers of micro limit switches for end position can be provided. Type 1 NO + 1 NC change over contact, Contact rating: 10A 125 - 250 V AC.
Intermediate limit	Maximum two numbers of micro limit switches for intermediate end position can be switches provided. Type 1 NO + 1 NC change over contact, Contact rating: 10A 125 - 250 V AC.
Torque limit switches	Maximum two numbers of micro limit switches for end positions can be provide Type 1 NO + 1NC change over type, Contact rating: 10A, 125-250 V AC
Feed back Potentiometer	A multi turn pot meter is used for 0-500 ohms out put feedback value
Position controller	Field/Panel mounted having input signal: 4-20mA / 0-10 V Dc

Space heater	To prevent water condensation, the actuator are ﬁtted with an anti condensation heater called as space heater, the latter can be connected to the AC or DC voltage of 230 V.
Actuator Life	10,000 cycle consists of normal 900 travel in both directions (ie.900 to open +900 to close). an average load of at least 30% of the rated torque.
