the main dryer body is placed inside the production room and is fabricated out of ss 304 material from outside and ss 316 material from inside. The dryer body is designed to accommodate no. Of trays in one trolley. The dryer body is insulated from five sides to prevent heat loss. The dryer has one door and is interlocked with the blower motor.
the control panel made of ms with epoxy coated is placed on the service floor. The operating panel is made in ss body and is placed in the production area. The operating panel is consisting pid controller, push button for blower motor start stop and selector switch for heating on off.
the design of tray dryer will be based on technical specifications derived from user requirement specification, c-gmp requirements, performance requirements and control logics as approved by the client in the design qualification.
