Turmeric, Cultivation Type : Organic

Available with us, is Turmeric (HALDAL) that is an essential ingredient for various cuisines. It is hygienically processed by boiling, drying, cleaning and polishing the rhizomes of Curcuma longa. Turmeric plant is an herbaceous perennial that grows up to 60-90 cm height and has short stem and tufted leaf. The plant grows only 7 to 12 leaves and the leaf sheaths forms the pseudo stem. The lamina of the plant is green above and pale green below. It has a length of 30-40 cm and width 8-12 cm.
