iLabot is a well know vacuum oven manufacturer in India. We have been making various types of vacuum ovens for over 25 years and over 100 units have been installed in various private and Government organizations throughout India. These units have been acclaimed by many industry professionals for design, construction and efficiency.

Our laboratory vacuum ovens are manufactured in different capacities such as 10 liters, 15 liters and 40 liters or more. Each unit is made with double walled construction with powder coated MS external chamber and stainless steel 304 heavy gauge sheet inner chamber. The gap between these two walls is filled by high density glass wool in order minimize thermal loss. The joints are welded efficiently so that you can easily work for long hours and days without any vacuum loss. Toughened glass window is fitted at door to see through inside the chamber.

As vacuum is prime feature of this oven; therefore, it is equipped with analog dial type pressure gauge with range of 30psi. For temperature control, a digital PID controller is fitted at front panel. Vacuum valves and fittings are fitted at top or side of the machine. Our vacuum ovens are available in different sizes and can be further customized according to customer provided specifications. Each unit is made according to ASTM and CE standards for excellent safety and efficiency.
