The Vacuum Oven is a specialized laboratory oven designed for drying heat-sensitive materials under reduced pressure. It provides precise temperature control and uniform heating, making it ideal for applications requiring gentle drying and minimal thermal degradation. CONSTRUCTION Double walled construction, Inner Chamber is made of thick gauge Stainless Steel 304 Q and Exterior chamber made of mild steel sheet pre greased, pretreated for rust proofing and powder coated. Gap between the chambers is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat loss and thereby saving energy. Uniform drying under Vacuum. Supplied with Stainless steel tray, vacuum gauge, vacuum cock, toughened glass window in centre of the door to see through the chamber. HEATING ELEMENT Heating element is made from best quality Nichrome wire wounded around the chamber & covered with blankets. TECHNICAL DATA Temp. Range : 50°C to 200°C Accuracy : ± 2°C Digital Temp.
