Valve removal plugs threads are coated to minimize Galling and to develop maximum leak resistance. The threads are gauged after coating.
Valve removal plugs are marked with ISO 10423 followed by nominal size and VR for 69MPa or HPVR for 138 MPa working pressure, material class & manufacturers name (Reliable Valves)

Valve remover plugs are not designed for use with test and blind flanges there are 4 sizes and 2 pressure ratings
