Inner & Outer Chamber, constructed from S. S. 304 Grade
Bucket / Basket Made of Stainless Steel
Water Level Indicator
Lid Closing by Radial Locking System
Sealing of Lid by Neoprene Rubber Gasket
Lid is fitted with Pressure Gauge, Spring Loaded Safety Valve.
Operating range from 15psi to 20psi pressure
Sterilizing Temperature up to 1340C
Tested up to 2.5 times of required Pressure
Fully automatic models requiring no human intervention till a full sterilization cycle is over.
Fitted with a (Programmable Logic Controller) LCD Display with respect to time and temperature.

All the instruments can be designed with PLC Based Control Systems (as per customer requirement) with Touch Screen Display / Controller data storage in Pen Drive with Direct Thermal / Dot matrix Printer. All the instruments can be designed with digital control systems (pid based LCD Display 16 x 2) with optional RS-485 communication ports, cables, window based software with inbuilt data recording.
