Vibratory Furnace Charger

The design of the leaders is adapted to the operating condition imposed by the site. Ex: Leader of Induction furnace with reduces height of load, loader of horizontal aluminum furnace, loader of furnace of induction. The charger of Cupola furnace consists of an electromechanical vibrating conveyor assembled on auto strong wagon. The receipt is contained in a static receiving hopper assembled on monopiece carriage. The end of the vibrating conveyor is equipped with an interchangeable refractory stainless nozzle. Dimensions of the vibrating conveyors of loading can have maximum 2500 mm of width by 6000 mm length, with a capacity of loading of 10 tonnes/minute by operation. The monopiece carriage allows transverse displacements or in rotation.
