Vibratory Polishing Machine

This consists of a Bowl or Tank shaped Unit to hold Polishing media (chips or balls), water & other Chemical compounds. This unit is mounted on a strong frame. The articles to be polished are vibrated at a suitable amplitude and frequency and roll over each other to achieve suitable deburring, descaling, radiusing, & finishing as required. This machine is far more effective & faster than conventional barrels. Suited for intricate & delicate components. Recommended for jewellery applications. Different sizes available.
