These ovens are suitable for removing moisture from plastic granules, epoxy potting, organic/ inorganic pulp, roasting / drying of food products like dry fruits, corn flakes and other edible products. The product is placed inside the oven on the trays for the drying, curing or the roasting process. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 200 degree C. The sizes range from 6 Trays to 288 Trays. Each tray of 400 x 800 MM is capable of carrying approximately 4 – 5 kg’s of material to be processed. The panel can be mounted on the side or on the top of the oven depending on your requirement. Insulation of 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation. Product Description

• Construction: The oven is made out of mild steel/ stainless/ G.I sheets from inside and outside or the combination of either of two. The oven is duly painted with Enamel Paint from outside and high temp al. paint from inside incase of mild steel sheets.
  Insulation of 100 – 200 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses.
  Ovens are provided with double leaf door on the front side as a standard. These doors have explosion resistant latches. High temperature Door gaskets to prevent losses from the doors.
  
• Choice of Air circulation: Horizontal or Vertical
• Shelves: 3 No shelves will be provided with each trolley. The shelves are made out of M.S or stainless angles and heavy duty wire mesh.
• Exhaust: Exhaust vent with manually adjustable damper.
• Heavy duty shelves made out of angles and wire knitted mesh will be provided along with the oven.
