White Chick Peas (Kabuli Chana)

Chickpeas are one of the earliest cultivated legumes: 7,500-year-old remains have been found in the Middle East. Other common names for the species include garbanzo bean, channa, and Bengal gram. Chick Peas is high in protein and has an excellent source of essential nutrients, iron, folate, phosphorus, protein, and dietary fiber. they are also low in fat and most of these are polyunsaturated.
