Various products can be obtained from the coconut like Desiccated coconut, Coconut cream, Coconut Milk etc. Coconut milk has a wide range of applications in food industry and food preparation. Coconut milk is spray dried in order to have a long shelf life; less storage place is required, lower cost of bulk packing. Process Description:Feed Preparation:White meat of the coconut is extruded and further use as raw feed to Feed Preparation section. This is a simple process which involves mixing of various ingredients in a proper proportion by auto weighing system. The large tanks with agitator arrangement are provided to mix the ingredients. The tanks are also provided with the heating arrangement so as to maintain proper temperature. The feed is homogenized in a specially designed homogenizer.
