Frame ConstructionFrame is fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates table and cutting beam are deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress reliving. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. This frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed.
Table & Slide (Ram)Table and Slide are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron / steel fabricated and properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy and precession press operation.
CylinderThe cylinder bodies are precisely made from forged steel material duly bored and fine honed for long sealing life. The piston rods are made From EN – 8 material having low carbon contents. The piston rod is hard chrome platted (0.200 micron).
Hydraulic SystemThe compact Blocks eliminate the leakage chances and also reduces the hydraulic pipes. This low Noise hydraulic system is placed on the rear side of machine, on top between two side plates. Pressure relief value is provided to safe guard the system and Machine from overload. The hydraulic system is driven by an electric motor of reputed brand and is coupled with a pump capable of generating more than the required pressure. Pressure gauge for system pressure, back pressure and holding pressure are providing on top of oil tank for quick reference.
Electrical Control PanelThe electric control panel is located on the left hand side of the machine. It is assembled from the internationally reputed parts for consistent performance, reliability and availability, if needed to be replaced. It is wired cleanly and labelled/ferruled properly as per the international practices to help easily locate any fault and replace components conveniently.

Our organization is offering Hydraulic Press Machine to our clients. The sturdy construction of all presses guarantees stability and durability. The press is provided with a 2- stage hand pump. The low pressure pump is used for rapid advance of piston at pressure. The high pressure Pump is provided with a special material lining and is used for slow advance at high pressure.
The winch provided for rising and lowering the table is smooth running. During operation, the table is fastened by means of pins. The press has been all steel welded.
Standard accessories: pressure gauge, planed off V- Blocks for Straightening
Simple Operation: Press is provided with a motorized pump unit and a hand-operated control valve, the pump is driven by a belt or by flange coupled motor and has a pressure adjusting valve for adjustment of high pressure.
High-Quality Hydraulic Unit: The cylinder is made of special Steel that secures absolute pressure tightness. The seals are made of special material and guarantee long life. Piston Rod & Piston Head are carefully ground and hard chrome plated to obtain the closest accuracy in grinding.
Precision Pressing: Actual pressure may be read in tons from the precision pressure gauge that has a red zone from maximum pressure and upwards. To protect the Pressure gauge during press work, a cut-off valve is inserted near the Gauge press beds are paned off and as standard equipment 2 Planed Off Straighten Blocks are supplied.

Our organization is offering Hydraulic Press Machine to our clients. The sturdy construction of all presses guarantees stability and durability. The press is provided with a 2- stage hand pump. The low pressure pump is used for rapid advance of piston at pressure. The high pressure Pump is provided with a special material lining and is used for slow advance at high pressure.
The winch provided for rising and lowering the table is smooth running. During operation, the table is fastened by means of pins. The press has been all steel welded.
