At dwell option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dwell time before resuming motion. This is very useful feature when large/difficult jobs are being fed or when fine registration of Die in a job is required. This feature minimizes wastage in jobs.
'ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH & BRAKE' enables push button control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. The advanced electromagnetic clutch & brake do not require lubrication.
Multiple 'SAFETY DEVICES' viz. Off-position at Rotary Switch, Leg operated Safety Guard, Protective Wrap-Around Safety Guard, Trip Bar on the moving platen (optional), Safety is ensured by full electrical interlocking. All moving parts of the machine are protected by approved safety guards.
Quick & simple adjustment of impression / pressure equalization independent for each side. The set value of impression can be read on graduated scale.
High performance Precision Gears viz. Helical & Herringbone Gears (it works silently, without vibration and have capacity to bear extreme load).
The Platen is driven by the ball bearing mounted shafts through a pair of reduction gears protected by guards.Rigid construction and compact design of the machine requires minimum floor-space.
