    The end use of the Automatic Tunnel Pasteurizers is to automatically pasteurize (with heat) the bottled or canned product at the rated speed and quality and thereby make the package stable for several months without any quality deterioration of the food. The heat system employed in the proscess kills any micro-organisms, stabilising and preserving the quality of the foods in its natural state without addition of any harmful chemicals or preservatives. Length   Automatic Tunnel Bottle Cooler:      Suitable for cooling of Ketchup Bottles from 90 ºC to 35 ºC incorporating 3 cooling stages and one blow-off zone, having a total treatment time of 23 to 24 minutes. Cooling water is to be used from Cooling Tower. The main shell is in Stainless steel construction. The bottle carrier, mesh belt, drip trays and infeed / outfeed conveyors are also of stainless steel. Main mesh belt runs on UHMPE Wear strips for low friction smooth operation. The machine is supplied complete with accessories including Electrical control panel (Water pipes and pumps are in Stainless steel construction). It has 3 to 4 multisoak tanks for intensive soak of the bottles and spryaing inside, outside with high pressure sprays. The movement of the main carrier chain is continuous, giving high spraying and soaking times. The infeed of bottles is with automatic auto-loader and outfeed by cam system. Rita Bottle Packer Type Robo-Pack:        The latest construction for medium capacity range (Max. 1500 crates per hour). The Packer is ideally designed for beverage and food stuff industries. The machine is suitable for Bottles, Cans, Jars, etc. The packer and unpacker is suitable for crates and cartons. The packer is pick and place type.   The packer is equipped by most upto date electronic control which has the possibility to adapt the curve position of the crating movement to individually modified bottle size. Thus high effectiveness is being achieved as well as oscillation free and noiseless crating. Bottle Filler Crowner series RM 240/250/260 (40 upto 60 valve fillers)      Air containing 21% oxygen is detrimental to the stability and shelf life of beverages. The percentage of oxygen in the bottled product has to be reduced to a minimum since it is a risk for preservation of the bottled beverage. The vacuum pre-evacuation system ensures removal of oxygen during filling to give a packaged product of international standards. Ideal for bottled beverages such as , Cola, Lemonade and Champagne.      These Filling machines incorporate the latest in filling technology for carbonated beverages. The filling valves are designed to pre-evacuate the bottles before filling.      This ensures very low oxygen content in the product as per international standards, and hence high stability and shelf life. The valves are suitable for filling under CO2 Counter pressure. While using CO2 prestressing, one-third Air consumption will be replaced by CO2. The equipment has Cleaning in place facility (CIP). It is held at the neck by the gripper head and the opening and closing motion of the gripper is such that it ensures perfect gripping. Heads are of Stainless Steel and gripper head is interchangeable according to neck sizes. The plastic components can withstand cleaning temperature upto 80ºC. The bottles are gripped and guided by the star wheel, thus allowing perfect centering even at high speed.
