MINTREAT-111 is a liquid formulation designed for the internal treatment of feed water used in water boilers. It contains a corrosion inhibitor, an anti-scalant and a sludge conditioner. MINTREAT-111 is formulated for the treatment of boilers using soft or demineralised water.

 

Benefits

  • PREVENTS AND REMOVES DEPOSITION - MINTREAT-111 contains a polymeric sludge conditioner which fluidizes sludge and removal of sludge is done during normal blowdown.A powerful anti-scalant prevents calcium and iron deposition and also helps in the removal of existing scale. The combination of sludge Conditioner and an anti-scalant keep the boiler.
  • CORROSION INHIBITOR - MINTREAT-111 contains a corrosion inhibitor which forms a protective, passive film over the boiler surface. The corrosion inhibitor reduces fouling due to iron hydroxides, pitting and tube failures.
  • SAVES ENERGY - The boiler is kept clean due to the anti- scalant and dispersant actions of MINTREAT-111. This helps maintain peak heat transfer efficiency reducing energy losses.
  • FLEXIBLE DOSAGE CONTROL - MINTREAT-111 is a balanced formulation. Moderate under - dosing is compensated by Multi - component formulation. Overfeeding of this product does not pose any hazards. Thus, it provides unique flexibility of dosing.

 

APPLICATION & DOSAGE

The requirement of MINTREAT-111 depends on water quality and blow down. For optimum results, 400 to 600 ppm of the product should be maintained in the boiler.

 

HANDLING, STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS - 

MINTREAT-111 is safe to handle and no special care is required while handling this product. MINTREAT-111 is stable under normal dosages conditions.

 

PACKAGING - MINTREAT-111 is available in 35 kg HDPE Carboys (Std).
