MINTREAT-701 is a liquid antiscalant for reverse osmosis systems. Use of MINTREAT-701 controls inorganic scales of elements commonly found in surface, ground and sea water. Continuous use of MINTREAT-701 reduces membrane scaling tendencies thereby giving sustained performance for a longer time and reducing unscheduled shutdowns and cleaning

 

Benefits

  • ELIMINATES CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT - MINTREAT-701 successfully replaces conventional treatment of SHMP thus eliminating drawbacks associated with use of the latter. In most of the cases acid addition is also reduced with use of MINTREAT-701.
  • EFFECTIVE MAXIMUM RECOVERY - MINTREAT-701 is effective in controlling calcium carbonate and sulfate scales ofcalcium, barium and strontium. Provides optimum control of feed water with concentrate LSI up to +2.5.
  • ALLOWS EFFECTIVE SCALE CONTROL - MINTREAT-701 minimizes scaling and reduces cleaning frequency.
  • CONTROL DEPOSITION OF SUSPENDED PARTICLES - In addition MINTREAT-701 also disperses silt, colloidal particles thereby keeping the membrane surface clean.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE

The recommended dosage in the range of 1-8 ppm (neat), controls a wide range of inorganic scales. Our representative shall help in standardizing the dosage. Dosing of MINTREAT-701 to be done prior to the cartridge filter.

 

HANDLING, STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS

MINTREAT-701 is safe to handle however use of safety goggles and hand gloves is recommended. In case of contact with skin, wash with copious amount of water. MINTREAT-701 is stable under normal storage conditions.

 

PACKAGING - MINTREAT-701 is available in 20 kg HDPE carboy.

MINTREAT-113 is an alkaline formulation used to increase the alkalinity of boiler feed water. It is used to reduce corrosion of feed water tank, lines and pump.

  • REDUCES CORROSION - MINTREAT-113 increases pH of feed water reducing corrosiveness. It also increases alkalinity in boiler water reducing scaling and corrosion of the boiler metal.
  • EASY SLUDGE REMOVAL - MINTREAT-113 helps in the formation of non-adherent sludge. It fluidises the sludge which is then removed easily during normal.

HANDLING, STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS

MINTREAT-113 is highly alkaline. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash with large quantity of fresh water and get medical attention. Do not swallow.
