MINTREAT-511 is a non heavy metal liquid formulation of corrosion & scale inhibitors designated to protect ferrous equipments in recirculating cooling water systems. Corrosion provided by MINTREAT-511 is superior to other nonchromate treatments. The product contains a threshold inhibitor developed for controlling precipitation of calcium phosphates, carbonates, sulfates. MINTREAT-511 also contains a dispersant for suspended matter such as silt, metal oxide etc. The dispersant keeps suspended matter in dispersed condition avoiding deposition in heat exchangers.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE

Dosages of MINTREAT-511 varies depending upon the make up water quality & operation conditions. We will assist you in designing optimum product requirement. MINTREAT-511 should be dosed at a point in the system at maximum turbulent zone for good mixing.

 

HANDLING, STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS

MINTREAT-511 is safe to handle and no special care is required while handling this product. MX-511 is stable under normal dosages conditions.
