DFT:11.25 m2 / litre. REMARKSSurface PreparationThe surface should be free from grit, dirt and grease. Fill hairline cracks and minor voids with Paintco Stucco Putty 2241. Or Paintco Magna Wall Filler 10000. (for interior surfaces) and Paintco Magna Spray Plaster Putty 20000. (for exterior surfaces). Sand with sand paper lightly and thereafter apply Paintco Alkali resistant primer thinned with water. for repair and maintenance, remove damaged and loose paint by mechanical cleaning and dust off.Subsequent coatPaintco Plastic Emulsion Interior 2579. (for interior) and Paintco Acrylic Exterior Emulsion 2622 (for exterior).Clean all tools with water immediately after use.The practical spreading rate may vary, depending on the porosity and roughness of the substrate.

Paintco Fire Retardant Primer 62 is based on chlorinated rubber and chlorinated plasticiser. Release of chlorine at high temperature controls spreading of fire.

Details : The primer is also resistant to weathering and to splashes of salt water, engine oils and dilute acids which makes it suitable also for printing superstructure cabins of marine vessels. Suitable for application on wood plaster & steel surfaces under interior and exterior conditions.
