Sandvik CI711 HSI crusher is for primary crushing stage of non-abrasive rocks. It can be used for a wide range of applications, and is capable of crushing a variety of materials including re-enforced concrete.
The working principle of Sandvik CI711 HSI encourages material to break along its natural cleavage planes, and it produces excellent, stress-free, cubical-shape products.
It is of the open rotor type, and the advanced design is equipped with a number of user-friendly features.
Typical applications could be making a Type 1 aggregate 0 40 mm (0 1 15/16 in.), or Railway Ballast 40 70 mm (1 15/16 2 in.), or recycling / crushing of re-enforced concrete and asphalt. With Sandvik CI711 HSI there is low capital outlay, low maintenance, fewer screens and conveyors, enabling a quicker return on investment.

Our wheeled screeners can produce three or four different fractions plus fines, while our wheeled jaw, cone and impact crushers offer feed sizes of up to 750mm, with volumes typically only found in purely static operations. Rapid site to site transport means you will have the flexibility to deploy these units when and where you need them, allowing you to increase productivity with minimal effort.
