BJM (Block Jointing Mortar)Product Description:

MYMIX BJM(Block Jointing Mortar)" is a thin bed, high strength, pre-mixed, quality assured mortar comprising of Portland cement, specially graded sand and admixture. It is specially formulated and easily applied, giving a higher bonding with significantly higher air entraining properties."MYMIX - BJM(Block Jointing Mortar)" is a masonry mortar for use in laying bricks, block or stone. It replaces conventional jointing mortar of 12-18mm thickness with highly versatile 3mm thickness mortar.

How to Apply:
  • Add 25 kg ofMYMIXBJM(Block Jointing Mortar) to approx. 6.5 ltrs Of clean tap water and stir properly for 5 minute by hand or an electric stirrer to get a smooth and homogeneous mixture
  • After stirring wait for 5 minutes
  • Apply a thin uniform layer of mortar on clean block with a masons trowel to make an even joint layer of 3 4 mm thickness
  • Remove excess material if any from the joints
  • The proper preparation of the surface will make the fixing easier and quicker ensuring a better finish.
Packing:
  • 25 kg bag and Project packing of 40 kg bag is available on demand
Shelf Life:
  • Factory sealed bags are best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition stored in dry area.

Product Description:

"MYMIX - PPR(Plaster)" is a strong durable pre-mixed powder/render with high quality polymer additives suitable for plastering over all types of concrete surfaces (old or new), clay bricks, fly ash bricks and ACC blocks. It is normally applied to masonry interiors and exteriors to achieve a smooth and even surface."MYMIX - PPR(Plaster)" contains processed and fine graded sand which gives better quality of plaster.

Advantages:

  • Use as a leveling plaster for correction of surface undulation in bare concrete block and other cementitious substrates

How to Apply:
  • Surface should be cleaned by removing Dirt, soil and roof runoff stains
  • Start at the top and wash the dirt (prewetting of surface) down the wall before applying plaster
  • Proper hacking is to be done prior to application in concrete surface
  • Take 5 to 5.5 litre of water on a bucket and gradually add MYMIX PPR (25 kg) in it. Approx. ration 20 22% by weight
  • Mixing can be done manually or by electrical stirrer (for better result) till homogenous mix is obtained.
  • After proper mixing leave the paste for 5 to 10 minutes for polymeric dispersion before application
  • Use mixture within 1 hour of preparation of mix. Hard & set plaster should not be mixed again
  • Correct ratio of water and PPR is essential for better results
