Falcon 1600, 4 to 16 channel process scanner is a highly versatile and economical module having Analog Inputs with RS485 / Ethernet port for online communication. Process scanner is an ideal solution for SCADA applications in Process Industries. Falcon 1600 can be used along with PLC's thus reducing project cost substantially. Analog input to Falcon 1600 can be mA / RTD (PT100, 3 wire) / Thermocouple or Voltage different for each channel. The Alarm / Control status of each channel is indicated on front LEDs. Serial port RS485 - 2 wire with Modbus RTU protocol or Ethernet with MODBUS TCP is provided. This feature makes Falcon compatible with all the standard SCADA software and PLC's used in Industry. Internal relay output 1 or 2 for common alarm. External relay output 8 or 16 for Individual alarm / Alarm & Trip / Control. Ethernet communication facility with MODBUS TCP protocol.

Falcon 444 , 4 channel scanner with 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs is a compact and versatile indicating unit. It has four analog inputs of 4-20mA which is industry standard.It is having two software writable channels. These inputs are keyboard scalable to their corresponding engineering units. Falcon 444 has facility of connecting four digital inputs either from potential free contacts or from sensors like proximity switch, limit switch etc. There is also facility of four digital outputs which can be connected to external relay card. These outputs can be operated from remote computer. Optically isolated RS232 communication port with MODBUS RTU protocol for SCADA/DCS connectivity. Falcon 444 is a ideal instrument to be used along with small automation machines as a local indicator- cum controller- cum- SCADA I/O module.Falcon 444 can be customized for OEM applications.
