IntroductionSlump Cone Test Apparatus is used for the Consistency Test of concrete. This is site and must to do test to confirm that the concrete is workable and can be laid at work place. Basic part of the apparatus is a steel cone, having 20cm bottom base, 10 cm top opening and 30 cm height. It is provided with two side handle for easy lifting and foot rest for holding the cone. Base is required for keeping the cone and also for measurement of slump. A graduated steel rod is used for tamping as well as measuring the slump. Slump funnel is also available for pouring the concrete into cone, without falling over its outer surface.
