EVATANE® 42-60 is a soft, flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) random copolymer grade made by high pressure radicalar polymerization process. Possesses high VA content, high solubility and good polarity. It is soluble in aromatic solvents such as toluene up to 35%, benzene up to 25% at room temperature & partially soluble up to 15% in MEK, MIBK & DIBK and insoluble in alcohols. EVATANE® 42-60 is recommended for inks or solvent-base adhesive formulations.
