Si-69 is a kind of silane coupling agent with multiple functional groups successfully used in rubber industry to improve modulus and tensile strength of rubber, to reduce the compound viscosity and save process energy consumption.
Bis ( triethoxysilylpropyl ) tetra sulfide Crosile-69 has been widely used in the rubber industry.It is used to improve the reinforcing capability of fillers with silanol group on their surface, and also as an integral part of curing systems to improve cross linking network properties. It has cross linking and accelerator activity in rubber compounds as a silane coupling agent.
