Low Table Top Semi-Automatic box strapping machines are used to strap polypropylene straps on cartoons, oil tins, wooden boxes, cartons etc. Our Semi-Automatic box strapping machine carries an in-built motor to provide tension and uses heat application to fasten the straps together. These machines are used to strap small to medium sized objects of different shapes such as rectangle, square, cylindrical etc. All the operations relating to the machine is PCB controlled. The machine can strap boxes weighing up to 40 Kgs. The strapping process requires the operator to install the strapping roll on the machine and the box that needs to be strapped needs to be placed on the machine. The feed button on the machine needs to be pressed to eject the strap. The strap head is then wound around the object and finally pressed inside the chute which is located on top of the machine which competes the strapping process. Such machine are used for strapping operations at airports, warehouses, transport companies, factories, cottage industries, manufacturing units etc.
