ShivamBag Closer (DA)is a single needle, single thread chain-stitch bag closing/stitching machine. This machine may be used to stitch all sorts of paper, textile and poly bags made from HDPE/PP etc. The stitching process is simple which needs the operator to feed the filled bag in upright position between the presser foot and the throat plate and then press the push button beneath the handle. The feed mechanism consists of wider presser foot and feed dog with a bigger throat plate. The parts of the machine are tempered which makes them wear resistant, hence the repair costs and the machine downtime are kept to the bare minimum. The machine is capable of functioning under extreme conditions which makes is extremely robust.

The TS95 and TS123Tray/Cup Sealer may be used to seal laminated foil lid or a transparent plastic on the top of round plastic trays. The temperature of the heating plate is maintained by a digitally controlled PCB. The sealing process requires the operator to set the desired temperature and then place the plastic tray inside the die and finally pressing on the handle which seals the tray. The machine is made of stainless steel body to prevent corrosion from spillage. This machine may be used for packaging mineral water, milk, ice cream, yogurt, fruit juice, ghee, oil, fruit pulp, perishable products, jam & jelly, sauce, pickles, honey, sweets, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals products , pesticides, liquid soaps, inks, adhesives, paints, grease & lubricants, blister packs etc.
