Shrink Tunnel Machine is usedfor shrink packagingof various commoditiessuch as foodstuff, beverage, medicines, cd and dvd boxes, hardware items, cosmetics, books, toysand electronic products etc. Its also used in batchpacking (Eg. pack of 3DVD boxes) which enhances the look of the goods and also reduces the packaging cost significantly. Shrink Tunnel machines are available in four sizes and adopts the hot-wind and down cyclone mechanism for shrinking. Itmay be used for shrinking Shrink Films such as PVC, PP and POF. The machine comes with adjustable temperature controller, variable speed regulator and tunnel height adjustment mechanism. Shrink Tunnel is essentialfor companies which have bulk packaging needs where packaging speed is a major concern.

Shrink Chamber

Shrink Chamber

Shrink Chamber integrates Sealing and Shrinking in a single machine. It is suitable for all sorts of films such as POF, PVC and PP shrink films. It is used for outer shrink packaging of various items such as books, toys, foodstuff, cosmetics, medicines, video discs, electronics etc.

The sealing process requires the operator to adjust the temperature andintroduce the product between the sleeves of the film and then pressing the handle. Once the shrinkingprocess is complete the operator has to release the handle. The machine can be used for a long time without overheating the ambient environment. The chamber consists of an adjustable package support to meet the different product sizes.
