Shrink Tunnel Machine is used for shrink packaging of various commodities such as foodstuff, beverage, medicines, cd and dvd boxes, hardware items, cosmetics, books, toys and electronic products etc. Its also used in batch packing (Eg. pack of 3 DVD boxes) which enhances the look of the goods and also reduces the packaging cost significantly. Shrink Tunnel machines are available in four sizes and adopts the hot-wind and down cyclone mechanism for shrinking. It may be used for shrinking Shrink Films such as PVC, PP and POF. The machine comes with adjustable temperature controller, variable speed regulator and tunnel height adjustment mechanism. Shrink Tunnel is essential for companies which have bulk packaging needs where packaging speed is a major concern.
