Pedal Impulse sealer is a foot operated machine used to seal all sorts of plastic pouches such as LD, PP, Laminates etc. The machine consists of a transformer to achieve the required heat to seal the plastic. The sealing that is achieved is instant and perfect and is 1.5 mm wide which is expandable to 4 mm. The machine is equipped with an adjustable timer, a buzzer and a Light Emitting Diode as sealing indicators. The sealing time may be lengthened or shortened according to the thickness of the plastic. These machines are perfect for sealing granules, powder and liquid products such as water. Such machines are used in bakeries, shops, cottage industries, pharmaceuticals, FMCG etc. Round Element option is also provided for sealing and cutting the pouch simultaneously. Double sealing may also be availed on request.
