SM-117 Cylinder Mounted Chlorinator

Description
The Cylinder mounted vacuum type gas chlorinator SM-117 is designed for assuring safety & Space saving Chlorinator, consist of vacuum regulator, rotameter, flow control valve, Yoke clamp to connect directly on cylinder A gas filter, a injector assembly vent & vacuum tubing of 5 meters.

Principle of Operation
Water Under pressure passes through injector cause vacuum, which open spring loaded diaphragm check valve. Vacuum passes through vacuum tubing to the chlorinator When cylinder/Tonner valve open chlorine passes through self aligned yoke gas filter where foreign particles are removed if present, chlorine gas passes to regulator where the cylinder pressure is controlled by the inlet valve assembly When vacuums adjusted by control valve vacuum opened the inlet valve with the help of diaphragm assembly and allowed chlorine gas to passes through flow meter where flow can be adjusted an to injector & point of application. If any break in the vacuum line occur the system automatically shut off the chlorine gas supply.

Material Of Construction
Totally non corrosive materials are used in chlorinator such as UHMWHDPE, PTFE (Teflon), monal, PVC, Borosilicate Glass, Hastelloy "C", PVDF, VITON etc

SM 207 SMPC Chlorinator needs water line pressure of 4 kg /cm2 to feed in gravity way otherwise booster pump is required as per site condition

SM-207 Floor Mounting Chlorinator

Description
The SM 207 Model SMPM Chlorinator is designed for Continuous & constant flow of Chlorine / Sulpherdioxide or ammonia Gas in fully vacuum mode, also designed with differential vacuum controller chamber, flow meter, gas flow control valve, Chlorine / Water pressure gauges, vacuum gauges and gas filter, also an injector to connect motive water and point of application.

Principle of Operation
In SM-207 Model SMPM Chlornator is operated under vacuum. The vacuum created in the injector by water pressure is passed through PVC piping / tubing to the Differential vacuum regulator Chamber via control valve.Gas from Cylinder/Tonner passes through PVC coated copper tubing & enters a gas filter assembly where moisture and foreign particles are removed and send to differential vacuum regulator. Here, the diaphragm assembly dislocates inlet valve with the help of vacuum on one side, atmosphere pressure on the other and allows the gas to flow through flow meter via control valve where the flow rate of gas can be adjusted manually.The gas passes to the injector where it is mixed with water in the mixing chamber and the solutions is discharged to the point of applications. If the water supply to the injector fails or any block in vacuum the inlet valve inside vacuum regulator assembly immediately isolates the gas under pressure and stops the flow of gas even though the cylinder valve is open and the gas inside the system is exhausted through the vent via relief valve.
