SMAC® EPOTOP SLF is a two component water based Epoxy Self Level Flooring System. It forms a tough, hard, joint-less mirror like finish. It gives a seamless, dustproof and easy to clean hygienic surface which is resistant to many mild chemicals, oils and water.

Method Of Applications : Notched Trowel and spiked roller

Application Procedure :

• While applying SMACC EPOTOP SLF layer, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow.
• Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP fast repair compound.
• Let the surface dry completely. Apply a coat of SMAC' EPOPRIME liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touch-dry. Mix the resin Et hardener parts of SMAC EPOTOP SLF thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Remove any lumps. Apply the SMAC EPOTOP SLF layer over this primer coat by a notched trowel and spiked roller. Allow the layer to cure for 24 hours, after which the treatment is suitable for foot traffic. Protect the treatment during the curing period from mechanical disturbances, water splashes, direct sunlight Et heat. Full cure time is 7days from installation on the substrate.
• Application thickness can be form 0.5 mm to 3 mm depending upon functional requirements.solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP fast repair compound. Let the surface dry completely. SMACSIL-WR is a formulation based on intelligent self assembling inorganic molecules specially tailored for Indian climatic conditions. It is an environment friendly Green formulation which penetrates the concrete matrix, seals it & imparts dust-proof finish to the treated concrete. Due to intelligent .If assembling cross-linkage forming molecules, the treated concrete gets permanently hydrophobic & easy to clean surface.

Reaction Mechanism : When SMACSIL-WR is applied to concrete surfaces, the intelligent chemicals in the formulation react with the free lime in the concrete. This reaction produces many nanocrystals in the concrete matrix & the micro-capillaries, producing sealing effect. Apply SMACSIL-WR liberally by brush or spray over the concrete surface. Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours. Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, rains, foot & other traffic and scorching heat of The Sun. For water retaining structures, let the treatment dry for 72 hours and then fill water into it. Wash all the tools with water & soap.

Caution : Protect from splashes on skin & eyes. Use protective gear like goggles, hand gloves etc. In case of accidental splashing, wash with plenty of water. In case of accidental ingestion, do not induce vomiting & immediately seek medical assistance.

SMAC ELASTOBOND PU is a water based aliphatic polyurethane polymer. It is an anticorrosive and thermal insulation coating made from latest multi ceramic and nanotechnology, especially for steel elements. Once cured, it resists many mild chemicals, water, heat, corrosive fluids and vegetation growth, thus considerably delaying the onset of corrosion of steel in the structure.

Application Procedure :

• First, remove all loose particles using wire brush or sanding. Clean the surface by water and/or suitable solvent to remove oil, grease & contaminants on the surface.
• A wash with our METAL CLEANER is recommended. Let the steel dry completely. Then apply one coat of SMAC ELASTOBOND PU by brush. Apply second coat after about half an hour, before the first coat cures fully.
• Full curing time is 1 hour at 30. C and 50.% humidity. In humid weather, full cure time is more; about 3 hours. A uniform surface coat should be formed. Let the film dry completely. Wash the tools and hands by plenty of water and soap. Use protective gloves &goggles.

SMAC Bondcrete HR is a super-polymer modified heat resistant waterproof coating for cementitious substrates. It is a Nano-technology and Multi-ceramic technology based high performance surface coating, specially tailored for Indian climatic conditions.

Working Principles :

• When SMAC BONDCRETE HR is applied on cementitious surface, Nano-technology based Intelligent Chemicals react with cementitious materials and the nano-particles penetrate into capillaries. There, these reaction complexes & nano-phases create hydrophobicity.
• Multi-ceramic technology based particles remain active on the top and bottom surface of the formed coating. This ceramic particle layer is 100% inert and non-conductive in nature. Hence SMAC BONDCRETE HR treatment gives high water resistance as well as heat resistance property.

Application Procedure :

• First remove all loose particles and remove oil, grease and other loose materials contaminated on the surface. Clean the surface by water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONCRETE RP repair compound. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow.
• Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Let the surface dry to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Apply one coat of SMAC BONDCRETE HR by brush. Second coat should be applied when the first coat is slightly tacky to touch, preferably in a perpendicular direction to the first coat.

Coverage : Approx. 20 sq.ft. in two coats on horizontal surface and 30 sq.ft. in two coats on vertical surface.

SMAC® Dampseal is a two component epoxy resin based waterproofing compound. One part consists of epoxy resin and the other part of curing agent. After mixing both the parts, it can be thinned down with water. It possesses all the attributes of normal solvent based epoxy compositions such as excellent water and chemical resistance, adhesion, hardness, toughness and mechanical strength. One of the major advantages of SMAC® Dampseal over solvent based epoxy is that it can be applied on damp surface also. Being free from solvents, it does not pose and health hazard to the applicator. SMAC® Dampseal is completely, consistent & economical to apply.

Direction for Use : Surface preparation is the first and the most important step before the application to get the results and to avoid failture. The substrate must be cleaned and free of dirt, paint, oil, grease, standing with emery paper is recommended. Remove the dust by compressed air or paint brush or wiping with water soaked cloth.

Precautions :

• All previous coating should be complete removed before the application of SMAC® DAMPSEAL. When used on an exterior surface, it must be over coated by weather durable coatings. Avoid application before 10^oC surface temperatures.
• At low temperature, srying and curing period will be prolonged. Before mixing both the parts mix them in individual containers.

SMAC Elastobond is an elastomeric heat reflective coating made from a blend of super-polymer emulsions modified with Multi-ceramic and Nano- technology based chemicals. It is an elastic coating which waterproofs & protects roof slabs, walls etc against exces sheat, mild chemicals & cracking related leakages.
SMAC Elastobond is a liquid formulation which is an organic polymer combination fortified with multi-ceramic & nano-tech based chemicals. Because of the nature of chemicals in the formulation, heat is effectively reflected from the surface treated & temperature rise is reduced. The coating forms a weather & waterproof barrier over the treated surface. Further, the flexibility of the coat takes care of future cracking, if any, in the substrate.

• Apply a coat of SMAC Elastobond on the primed surface by brush. Care must be taken to ensure a uniform coat without brush marks.
• The second coat should be applied after the firstcoat is dry to touch.The second coat should be applied per pendicular to the first coat.
• Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, scratching & other disturbances. Wash all the tools with water & soap.

Coverage : 5-6 sq. m. per kg on vertical and 2-2.5 sq. m. on horizontal surface in two coats depending on absorption and roughness

• The second coat should be applied perpendicular to thefirst coat. Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, scratching & other disturbances. Wash all the tools with water & soap.
