SMAC® EPOTOP SLF is a two component water based Epoxy Self Level Flooring System. It forms a tough, hard, joint-less mirror like finish. It gives a seamless, dustproof and easy to clean hygienic surface which is resistant to many mild chemicals, oils and water.

Method Of Applications : Notched Trowel and spiked roller

Application Procedure :

• While applying SMACC EPOTOP SLF layer, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow.
• Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP fast repair compound.
• Let the surface dry completely. Apply a coat of SMAC' EPOPRIME liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touch-dry. Mix the resin Et hardener parts of SMAC EPOTOP SLF thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Remove any lumps. Apply the SMAC EPOTOP SLF layer over this primer coat by a notched trowel and spiked roller. Allow the layer to cure for 24 hours, after which the treatment is suitable for foot traffic. Protect the treatment during the curing period from mechanical disturbances, water splashes, direct sunlight Et heat. Full cure time is 7days from installation on the substrate.
• Application thickness can be form 0.5 mm to 3 mm depending upon functional requirements.solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. SMACSIL-WR is a formulation based on intelligent self assembling inorganic molecules specially tailored for Indian climatic conditions. It is an environment friendly Green formulation which penetrates the concrete matrix, seals it & imparts dust-proof finish to the treated concrete. Due to intelligent .If assembling cross-linkage forming molecules, the treated concrete gets permanently hydrophobic & easy to clean surface.

Reaction Mechanism : When SMACSIL-WR is applied to concrete surfaces, the intelligent chemicals in the formulation react with the free lime in the concrete. This reaction produces many nanocrystals in the concrete matrix & the micro-capillaries, producing sealing effect. Further, the intelligent chemical molecules on the surface assemble & orient themselves in such a manner that the surface of concrete becomes dust proof & stain resistant.

Application Procedure : Remove all the loose materials to expose the base concrete. Wash the concrete with plenty of water. Wash the concrete with 10% muriatic acid solution. Again wash the concrete With plenty of water. Let the concrete dry to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using our BONDCRETE RP repair compound. Apply SMACSIL-WR liberally by brush or spray over the concrete surface. Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours. Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, rains, foot & other traffic and scorching heat of The Sun. For water retaining structures, let the treatment dry for 72 hours and then fill water into it. Wash all the tools with water & soap.

Caution : Protect from splashes on skin & eyes. Use protective gear like goggles, hand gloves etc. In case of accidental splashing, wash with plenty of water. In case of accidental ingestion, do not induce vomiting & immediately seek medical assistance.

SMAC ELASTOBOND PU is a water based aliphatic polyurethane polymer. It is an anticorrosive and thermal insulation coating made from latest multi ceramic and nanotechnology, especially for steel elements. Once cured, it resists many mild chemicals, water, heat, corrosive fluids and vegetation growth, thus considerably delaying the onset of corrosion of steel in the structure.

Application Procedure :

• First, remove all loose particles using wire brush or sanding. Clean the surface by water and/or suitable solvent to remove oil, grease & contaminants on the surface.
• A wash with our METAL CLEANER is recommended. Let the steel dry completely. Then apply one coat of SMAC ELASTOBOND PU by brush. Apply second coat after about half an hour, before the first coat cures fully.
• Full curing time is 1 hour at 30. C and 50.% humidity. In humid weather, full cure time is more; about 3 hours. A uniform surface coat should be formed. Let the film dry completely. Wash the tools and hands by plenty of water and soap. Use protective gloves &goggles.
