We offer a complete product range of Vacuum Drying Oven
Vacuum Oven is designed for fast and uniform drying, heating and moisture removal under vacuum conditions. It is ideal for laboratories and industrial applications where oxidation-free drying is required. The oven is triple walled in construction for better insulation and stable performance.
It is fitted with Incoloy sheathed tubular air heaters on side/back walls for efficient heating. The stainless steel inner chamber has round angle structure for easy cleaning and adjustable shelves for flexible loading. The chamber is perforated on left-right/back side for proper air circulation and uniform temperature distribution.
A forced air circulation system with dynamically balanced fan and heavy duty motor ensures consistent heating. The door is sealed with silicon rope/flat gasket to maintain vacuum tight sealing. Safety features include standby thermostat and over-temperature cut-off protection.
The unit comes with PID microprocessor temperature controller, glass observation window, vacuum gauge, and optional features like independent temperature protector and RS485 communication.
