Laboratory Oil Bath is designed for safe and accurate heating of flasks and reaction vessels at higher temperatures. These oil baths are suitable for laboratory reactions, extraction, analysis and testing where stable temperature control is required. It is equipped with multiple over-temperature protections and a customized PID controller for high accuracy and repeatability.
The unit is available in various sizes for flask capacity ranging from 1 to 20 Liters and can also be customized as per customer requirement. It features double walled stainless steel construction for durability and safety. A floating overshoot alarm is set 5C above set point and the system includes absolute over-temperature alarm with auto cut-off for safe operation.
Spinel oil bath includes a stainless steel immersion heater with peripheral shape to avoid direct contact with the flask, even if the flask touches the bottom. Temperature range is Ambient +10C to 350C.
