We offer a complete product range of Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet
Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is a Clean Bench designed to prevent contamination of biological samples, semiconductor wafers, and other particle-sensitive applications. It is widely used in tissue culture, media preparation, sterile handling, PCR sample preparation, and laboratory clean working processes.
The cabinet is manufactured in Mild Steel / Stainless Steel construction with a large front panel display and user-friendly control panel. The 10 slanted view screen ensures better visibility and easy access during operation. Work area is surrounded by negative pressure double-wall plenums for superior protection and leakage-free working conditions.
The laminar air flow system works on double filtration. Atmospheric air first passes through a pre-filter, then through a HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 micron, ensuring clean air flow inside the working zone. The filtered air moves in uniform laminar flow across the work table with air velocity of 70110 FPM (Average 90 FPM).
GMP models are available in complete stainless steel body with SS 304 mirror finish inside and SS 304 dull finish outside. SS 316 inner body can also be provided on request. The unit is mounted on caster wheels for easy mobility and includes a levelling jack for vibration-free operation.
Additional features include UV lamp life display, HEPA filter life display, temperature monitoring, and optional 4.3 HMI touch screen with multi-level password protection. Safety features include audio-visual alarms for temperature deviation, sensor fault indication, and overload protection for compressor safety.
