Garlic peeler machine offers a great value proposition for the pickle manufacturing companies, which manufacture garlic based pickles, other food processing industries and the pharma industry. in pickle industry peeling of raw materials is done manually. the second big problem, the industry faces is shortage of labor during peak seasons, which limits the production capacity. in case of garlic peeling, the garlic is filled in gunny bags and hit on the floor so that it separates into individual cloves and the peels loosen. this is a highly labor intensive process. our invention garlic peeling machine is a continuous working apparatus to break and peel whole garlic bulb and to obtain output of individual peeled garlic petals. the machine consists of a hopper arrangement where whole garlic pods can be fed. the garlic pods from the hopper are directed to the peeling chamber where garlic pods are split-ted into petals and they are peeled. the peels of garlic are separated using air blower. the peeled garlic petals are separated as per their sizes with the help of perforated screen.
