Table Top CSP machine consists of a table top lea strength tester and a yarn count balance.

It measures the lea strength and count and then expresses the result as count strength product.

Strength is measured in constant rate of elongation principle.

Instrument having Single Yarn Strength Tester (SYST) attachment to test Single Yarn Strength.

• It is a combination of Statex Table Top Lea Strength Tester, Statex Lab data software and an electronic balance along with SYST Clamps.
• Easy to convert CSP to SYST by simple attachment.
• Auto initial position will be done once testing is completed.
• Inbuilt mini printer for simultaneous printout of results.
• External printer attachment provision for printout of results.
• Lea tester can be operated in standalone mode without computer.
• Lea strength measures in constant rate of elongation principle.
• Testing range: Upto500 Lbs (or) 250 Kg’s.
• Traverse speed:500mm/min and maximum variable with 1mm/min increment.

• Single yarn strength can be measured upto 10Kg’s.
• Special load cell with clamps provided for single yarn test, it can be easily convert from CSP to SYST.
• Separate twin software for CSP and SYST for easy selection.
• Accurate elongation measurement upto 10% (extra elongation as optional).
• Automatic return of bottom jaw to initial position after testing complete.
• Adjustable pretension spring provided for accurate pretension.
• Force elongation curve, graphical representation for test result.

Table Top CSP Lab Data Software:

• The user friendly“windows based software” has been provided or conducting majority of tests like    
• Wrapping tests in sliver, roving, yarn.
• Noil testing at comber.    
• Roving stretch tests at simplex.
• Auto leveler tests at draw frame
• Provision provided for designing the printout format as per user choice.
• Majority of tests are supported with graphical representation in terms of histogram, line diagrams and stacked bar diagrams.
• In case of draw frame auto leveler tests, potentio meter reading can be given for easy tests and the same can be seen in graphical form for knowing its change in trend.
• Results shall be compared between groups.
• Periodical reports such as weekly, monthly can be taken for each department, group of mechanism and for a separate machine for better analysis.

Result Parameters for Syst:

• Numerical reports: Strength (grms), Elongation (%) and Tenacity (gf/tex).
• Statistical reports: Average, CV%, Minimum, Maximum, Range and Standard deviation.
• Periodic statistical reports: Periodical reports can be taken for count wise.
• Graphical reports:Variation graph for elongation curve.
